1st- Heirloom tomato salad with pickled watermelon rind, shaved cucumber, aged manchego cheese & champagne vinaigrette
2nd- Crispy polenta cakes with truffled cheese sauce topped with crispy shallots and fresh herbs
3rd- Poached Halliibut on a bed of rhubarb and micro greens topped with a crushed radish buerre blanc
4th- Saison braised pork belly with grilled white asparagus and a roasted garlic/ sage gastrique
5th- Pistachio/ Lime panna cotta topped with white chocolate and burnt orange
